Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Vardr, operated by Vardr Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom.

1. The Service

Vardr is a subscription service that watches external sources and alerts you when expected activity has not appeared within a configured period. The Service provides signals and alerts only. It does not guarantee accuracy or completeness of third-party data.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Vardr is billed on a recurring subscription basis via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until cancellation.

You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless otherwise stated.

4. Deletion & Data Retention

You may close your account at any time. Operational data is deleted 30 days after closure. Billing and accounting records may be retained for up to six years to comply with UK legal obligations.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to interfere with its operation.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. Vardr Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
